Tooling shop

The Tooling Shop of equipment of the company " Zavod " Metalloform " has been created on the basis of merge is modelling and chill-molding shops and a site of manufacturing and repair of stamps of Open Society " Zavolzhsky Engine Plant". The shop is equipped by all groups of the precision process equipment, including 5-coordinate processing centers DMU 125P and installations electroerosive processings MONDO-STAR 50. Accuracy of processing of form-building surfaces pressforms and stamps makes 0.05 mm. The Tooling shop of the company "Zavod "Metalloform" has all opportunities of manufacturing of rod boxes, modelling complete sets, technological adaptations, pressforms for all kinds of moulding. Examples are the blocks of engines cast on these compression moulds, heads of cylinders, inlet collectors, etc. Shop of equipment of the company pen " Zavod" Metalloform" makes wide scale of stamping equipments for details in the size from minimal up to 1,5m х 1,5m.
