Tooling shop of the company "Zavod "Metalloform" the new technologies are introduced, allowing to receive complex foundry equipment both from domestic steels, and from import.

Milling machine tool DMU125P of firm DECKEL MAHO allows conducting high-speed processing by cutting (HSC) steels up to HRC 60 with application CAD/CAM of system of designing Unigraphics. Monolithic hard-alloying mills are sharpened on machine tool CUTTER MASTER and supervised on device

	Electroerosive machine tool AGIE MONDO STAR 50 provides processing complex surfaces with roughness Ra0,2 and accuracy of 0,01 mm.

Tape-detachable machine tool SIRIUS of firm FMB allows cutting preparations with small width of cutting and with the minimal allowances.

Owing to greater technological opportunities, skilled experts, application of the big scale of equipment WKW100, Gambin, Union, OKUMA, etc. The tooling shop of the company "Zavod "Metalloform" makes the wide nomenclature of foundry equipment. Use of machine tools, electroerosive allows to reach high quality of complex curvilinear form-building surfaces of foundry forms for machines of aluminium moulding under pressure, chill molds, rod boxes, stamps, compression moulds for plastic and rubber products.

Full modernization of the equipment has been made for the decision of questions of manufacture stamping tooling in view of the minimal backlashes in 2006 with installation of racks "АРТА", allowing to make processing of interfaced details.

Quality assurance of the company " Zavod" Metalloform "

The Electric furnace SHSTSM 8.12/12, allows to harden and to release domestic and import there were with temperature of heating up to 12000 C. The using of furnaces with program management of process allows to automate process of the task, carrying out and the control of training over software product. Process of heat treatment is spent without influence of the human factor. Parameters of process are supervised and enter the name the program which can be seen and to deduce on the carrier.
